The Grand Jury Association was organized in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1947, by Judge Samuel Silbert and Bell Greve, for the purpose of educating the public on the importance of jury service and the Grand Jury system, and on law enforcement problems, crime prevention, delinquency, and the rehabilitation of criminals. The collection consists of correspondence, minutes, financial reports, financial records, a scrapbook, articles of incorporation, and clippings. Includes Cuyahoga County Grand Jury reports and Foremen's Council minutes.
